Digital literacy – it refers to the ability to effectively navigate, comprehend, evaluate, and communicate information, ideas, and resources in a digital environment. It encompasses a range of skills, including understanding digital tools, technologies, and platforms, as well as critically assessing online content for accuracy, credibility, and relevance. Digital literacy empowers individuals to engage meaningfully in the digital age, enabling them to make informed decisions, communicate efficiently, and participate actively in a technologically driven society.

Holistic skill development – it refers to the comprehensive and balanced enhancement of various abilities and talents within an individual. It involves nurturing a wide range of cognitive, emotional, physical, and social skills, fostering a well-rounded and adaptable individual capable of excelling in diverse situations and challenges.

Networking – it is the practice of establishing and cultivating relationships with individuals, organizations, or groups with shared interests or goals. It involves the exchange of information, ideas, and resources to foster professional or social connections, often with the intention of creating opportunities for collaboration, learning, and mutual benefit. Networking can occur in various settings, including in-person events, online platforms, and social gatherings, and it plays a crucial role in expanding one's personal and professional circles, enhancing knowledge, and opening doors to new possibilities.

Soft skills – they are the interpersonal and personal attributes that enable individuals to effectively interact, communicate, collaborate, and adapt in various social and professional situations. These skills encompass qualities like communication, empathy, teamwork, problem-solving, adaptability, and emotional intelligence, which contribute to building positive relationships, fostering a productive work environment, and achieving personal and professional success. Unlike technical or hard skills, soft skills are not specific to a particular job or industry and are transferable across different contexts.

Sustainability – it refers to the practice of meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. It involves responsible decision-making and resource use that considers environmental, social, and economic factors to ensure a balanced and lasting well-being for both current and future populations.

Vision – it refers to a clear and aspirational description of a desired future state or outcome. It provides guidance, purpose, and direction for individuals, organizations, or initiatives by outlining the overarching goals and objectives that they aim to achieve. Vision serves as a guiding beacon, helping to shape decisions, strategies, and actions in order to work towards the envisioned future.
